More detils on the IPv4 issue with the Samba machine:

Feb 28 18:44:09 MainserverPES nmbd[21738]: STATUS=daemon 'nmbd' : No local
IPv4 non-loopback interfaces available, waiting for interface ...NOTE:
NetBIOS name resolution is not supported for Internet Protocol Version 6
(IPv6).

There are two interfaces, .. the working one appears to be configured
correctly:

# cat /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-eno2

BROADCAST=''
ETHTOOL_OPTIONS=''
IPADDR='192.168.0.200/24'
MTU=''
NAME=''
NETMASK=''
NETWORK=''

Why is nmb not seeing a v4 interface?
