Does not appear to be running, .. nor installed.

Since I posted the note, I put it in the wiring closet and things are
getting stranger:

2: eth0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast state
UP group default qlen 1000
    link/ether b8:27:eb:d4:a1:5d brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
    inet 206.197.251.243/24 brd 206.197.251.255 scope global eth0
       valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
    inet 169.254.103.154/16 brd 169.254.255.255 scope global eth0
       valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever

The WEIRD part is that when I check with ifconfig, the bogus IP does not
even show:

# ifconfig eth1
eth1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:60:62:b1:58:86
          inet addr:10.0.0.243 Bcast:10.0.0.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:1832 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:1156 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:170645 (166.6 KiB) TX bytes:167054 (163.1 KiB)

Is there something weird in Jessie where the ip structure data does not
get updated?

	TFTR!
