[Cialug] speed limited routers

Gang,

All the talk about mediacom boosting speeds, has me investigating my old 
Linksys BEFSX41 10/100 router.  What ever it's specs were or are, I have 
come to the conclusion that I am not getting the download speeds through 
it that I am paying for now, let along the post mediacom boost.

I would appreciate any suggestions for an inexpensive replacement (I'm 
retired) that I can install dd-wrt on that will be a better performer.
