[Cialug] Need Vagrant Setup Critique

I'm making a procedure to set up a new vagrant minimal CentOS box.  It's
kinda ugly.  I am sure that it--and my knowledge--could be improved.  If
nothing else, it's been a pretty good refresher in basic linux sysadmin for
me.

Is there anyone who would be willing to poke holes the procedure?  Note
that I won't have it ready to review until at least Friday.

Who knows, it might end up making the basis for a good monthly
presentation/demonstration!
