[Cialug] Wireless Router Repeatedly Drops Connection

FYI, I discovered an interesting problem last summer - the local provider,
Charter, was starting to use a new line of modems that caused the *subnet*
to chnage on the modem! Of course, the router behind the modem had no clue
both the IP and subnet had changed, so it had to be rebooted - sometimes
in less than an hour.

Luckily, he had the old one there - swapped them and everything was fine.
