[Cialug] Looking for recommendations for Internet Providers in town

31st and Ingersoll is right at the extreme end of the run. On the Subway
side you're coming from the downtown CO, on the West side it comes from the
Kingman / West CO. I live 2 blocks East, I can only get 4.5 mbps.
