I agree with the other suggestions: MBps vs Mbps and probably: 100mbit half duplex Try locking the switch ports/nic ports to 100 FULL. I used to see this quite a bit when 100 meg links were popular. If the switch was set to 'Auto', it'll auto neg to half duplex and kill my transfer speeds. Forcing everything to 100 Full fixed it right up. We let Gbit nics auto neg. -Jim
