I don't think OpenSSL supports Curve25519 yet but would love to be
proven wrong.  On OpenSSL 1.0.1c (with patches), I don't see it in the
output of `openssl ecparam -list_curves`.  And I don't see it in a
web search for curve25519 site:openssl.org.
