[Cialug] NetBeans on Flash Drive

Ah ha!!

I got NetBeans to start!  Not sure if it works yet.  I installed the
OpenJDK and moved it under the app/jdk subfolder of portable netbeans and
it didn't die on startup.

Will mail later on whether it was successful.
