[Cialug] A tool for sharing email?

I'd think the easiest would be making a mailing list or distribution list.
Mailman is pretty easy to set up and use (what we're using for this list).

You could also create a shared account, and have people access it via IMAP.
If they all have their Sent folder set correctly you'll all be able to see
all replies too. I would not recommend using MS Outlook in this scenario -
it doesn't really play nice with IMAP. Thunderbird will work just fine.

Some kind of project tracker as Nate suggests would give you the most
control and the ability to track every transaction.
