[Cialug] OT: We need a CSS coder for a Web project

One of my wife's clients has an existing Web site with the layout done by
two CSS files.  The client wants a redesign for improved SEO.

Kathy and I have spent more than a few weeks trying to learn CSS but we
still don't have it figured out.  If you're quick with CSS coding, we could
