[Cialug] meeting locations

now that El Jefe[1] is no longer at lightedge, I'm not sure if Matt and
Matt still want to be responsible for hosting us for the meetings (note:
this is an assumption, if you guys do, please contradict me, and if not,
no problem)

does anyone know of, or have an alternative location?

one potential location has been offered by Appcore, quoting:

We would like to be more involved in the LUG and would be happy to
sponsor meetings and whatever you need at our offices in the Financial
Center downtown.
