[Cialug] 12.1, Postfix, & mail

It looks like it depends on 1.56-2 - perl, libio-socket-inet6-perl,
libio-socket-ssl-perl and,  libnet-ssleay-perl (at least for ubuntu).

In apt it is listed as sendemail.
