Silly question that might have been answered already, but I'm jumping
in at this point, so excuse me: Are any users using screen or tmux? I
noticed  that /proc/sys/kernel/pty/nr increments each time I open a
new "window" in tmux. Therefore, you may have 15 users, but those
users may be multiplexing their sessions, causing nr to inflate?
