Trying to setup Cygwin (done before on many machines, but this one appears
different). For some REALLY WEIRD reason, it keeps looking for the keypair
in "/.ssh" instead of "~/.ssh"!!

Tried reinstalling entirely, but it is coming back the same. Can't find
any reference to .ssh in /etc files, .. using the lines in ssh_config [for
~/.ssh] does not help either.

Anyone ever seen a problem like this?
