company didn't get the request in to have the 12th floor open after 6PM.

15:31 < theron> I'll be on the 2nd floor of the building and will take 
groups up.
15:31 < theron> if you come in the lobby, stairs are on your right to 
the 2nd floor.
15:32 < theron> I'll keep an eye out as well.
