[Cialug] Dropbox style service?

Webdav is easy to configure and works on Windows, Mac OS and Linux (with
downloadable clients for mobiles). Devices without built in web-dav can
simply access the files using a web browser. You could then bill based on
disk usage and data transfer, similar to any standard web-hosting setup.
