[Cialug] Avocent IP KVM

The DSView software was why I ultimately wanted to upgrade. It was a pain to install on every machine I wanted to hit the KVM with and it installed its own ancient version of JAVA with it. A hardware failure presented the opportunity to do it.

It sure seemed like the DSR2161 required viewer "software", which is where I found the DSView requirement. Does anyone have any h/w now that might be able to verify the configuration?

         Thanks!
