[Cialug] VOIP move

Grandstream phones work pretty well too. They have a few different models
but we use a lot of the gxp series. They have lots of busy lamps, a web
config, and some models will even tell you the loval weather and stock
quotes. Aastra is good, and the only polycom I worked with is their
conference phone which needed a linksys converter box to work. I have not
had good luck with the linksys converter boxes as they tend to go bad while
in use.
