I think that your plans are very reasonable but there are a few issues with it.

1) Customers have this thing for "unlimited"    Whether it is actually unlimited or not, they still like seeing it on the rate card and being able to say that they have unlimited texting because they text all the time.    When the reality of the situation is much much less than "unlimited" on both counts.

2) Phone selection.   IMHO, users are buying more on what phones you have and the plans are secondary.  Can I get an iPhone/ EVO/ DroidUberPhone with your service?    Great...now let's talk about your plans.
