Yea it's SWEET. I got installed the other day too. Plus I've virtualized Win
7 Pro on it. For when I just have to run windows.

I upgraded to Ubuntu 10.04 yesterday and I'm really impressed!  This
is some really slick stuff.  I like the darker colored theme.

Two things: 1) When I started the upgrade from 9.10 I got a message
that network manager applet couldn't find something or other.  It
didn't cause a problem.  2) 10.04 integrates a bunch of your inboxes
and social networking accounts into one spot, which is nice, but even
though I have Thunderbird set up for email, and it shows Thunderbird
in the indicator applet, it still has a "set up mail" link which
starts Evolution.  Quirky.

Boot time for me is now 40 seconds on my 3GHz Core 2 Duo.  Not
blazing, but I'm happy.  And that's certainly faster than my bloated
Windows XP work laptop boots up.
