[Cialug] DSL speeds

Great...any news on Waukee?  I live on the Waukee/Clive boarder and have a
similar issue.  I'd love to switch to Qwest (though it sounds like I just
have a "grass is greener" approach) but they only offer 1.5 to my area.  I'm
used to 12 on Mediacom (when it works).  My mediacom's been up and down 3+
times this morning already and when it is up it's much slower than usual!
