Yup... That's fairly standard. You call when it's raining, and by the time they come, everything has dried out.. It's so nice having shed most of our copper for 30/20 fiber...

I gave up working Qwest to get the 7mb DSL... last time the tech was out
to "fix" the Demarc, he tested the line and said it was capable of doing
7mb and I should call xxxx, and the tech gave me his number. More run
around.  Its been raining a ton this year in the mornings when I like to
do the majority of my uploads... that makes it even worse, but the issue
is that it shouldn't be like this in the first place.

The tech is coming today, but its not raining so everything will be just
peachy, so I'm sure Qwest will blown it off...

the last 5 years. Qwest still might be the better of two poor choices.
