IEEE-USA Pleased that Supreme Court's Ruling Preserves Software Patents http://www.ieeeusa.org/communications/releases/2010/062910.asp This press release says that the IEEE is "pleased" with the Supreme Court upholding the patentability of software. I don't understand. Why would they be pleased with it? I'm confused. -- Todd
