WPA2 works flawlessly on my Lenovo ThinkPad X61.

Based on that experience, I had thought that it would work well
everywhere. Boy was I wrong.

If it works, it works easily. At this point, if I can't get it work in
5 mins, I assume that it just won't work. The hours and hours that I've
spent on this past the first 5 mins haven't gotten me anywhere at all.

(As an aside to all of you that aren't using WPA2 yet. I can get into
your networks. So can people less ethical than me. Upgrade to WPA2.
(Or to 802.11i, which is the same thing.))

Related question: does anyone have a recommendation for a netbook or
small laptop that runs Linux and supports WPA2?

How easy is WPA2 to setup on a modern Linux? I last tried Linux with a
wireless connection probably 3 or 4 years ago. At that time wireless was

more of a hassle than it was worth.
