That's the add-on I have.  Ah, I see what you're doing.  You're looking at
it under Page Info.  I've never used it that way.  Using Page Info, I see
something close to what you're seeing.  I see numbers in boxes (my browser
seems to show Asian characters like that), but they're the same numbers
after every line except the first line, so I doubt it's a Japanese
translation of the English text.  Maybe it's some line termination thing
that Firefox/Live HTTP Headers is doing?  When I launch it from the Tools
menu, I don't see anything like that.  My guess is, since the multi-byte
characters are the same, that they're some artifact of the add-on.
Actually, it looks like there's a bug report for this problem:
