[Cialug] SMTP Proxy

You can use Nginx for this.  http://wiki.nginx.org/Main.  Most people use it
for a light-weight web server, but it can also proxy SMTP, IMAP, and POP3
protocols as well.  Also support SMTP-AUTH if needed.
