For web dev I like "screengrab!" which allows you to take a screenshot
of an entire web-page (not just the part you can see)

I like Flash Block most days. It removes flash and instead places an
icon so if you do want to see the flash movie you just click the icon
and you get the usual effect. The only downside is some apps (like
gmail) use flash for advanced upload features and there is no visible
UI to click to get the feature. However because you do have flash it
assumes it's enabled and in many cases won't fall back to the
non-flash version if the app has one.

Another that I like is "X marks" which lets you sync your book marks,
open tabs and, optionally, your saved passwords. It works between
firefox, IE, Safari and Chrome with Firefox having full features and
the others having a sub-set. Its great if you dual boot.
