[Cialug] OT: Help remembering a product or company name

There is/was a company, I think in the bay area.  They had an email product that morphed into a groupware and exchange replacement product and then started adding IM/VOIP features way before the curve.  The groupware product ran on many platforms including Linux, AIX, AS/400 and even the SUN Cobalt RAQ server product.  

I was trying to see if the company was still around but cannot find them for the life of me.  This is probably from 4-6 years ago but the product always seemed pretty mature.

It is not Zimbra, Scalix, or HP/Samsung OpenExcahnge, Gordano, or Zarafa.

As far as I can recall the company was not acquired.  They may have disintegrated though.

Any help with either the company name or the product name would be welcome.
