QuickMail eh?  That brings back memories. I used to work for the creator of
QuickMail (CE Software) back in the 80's and 90's.   Didn't know they had it
at Drake though, but it doesn't surprise me.  Drake became an Apple
University Consortium school the year after I graduated (which was '84) as I
recall.

I left a job at Pioneer Hi-Bred....programming on VAX/VMS boxen in
fact....to work for CE.

I did both tech support and programming for CE.   Got some cool QuickMail
support calls, including one from the Battleship Missouri!  The head of CE
actually got to visit the ship when it was in port, after that. They used
their QuicKeys keyboard macro program on the Space Shuttle too (didn't get a
call from the Shuttle....)

CE's still around, sort of (as Startly Technologies and also as Prairie
Group, but not CE) but they sold off QuickMail some time ago, to Outspring.
