[Cialug] OT: flag pole repair

The only thing I see missing from the instructions is that you should
really hire an intern to do your flagpole climbing for you.  Luckily,

I had heard that it was in alpha, but I didn't know MS came out with
their FlagPole (FP) edition already.  Your problem did ring a bell
though: I read from the FP Alpha testing list that this is what would
happen consistently when they (MS) would run things up the flagpole.
Running ideas up the flagpole such as "adhering to open standards"
would
just cause the rope to catch at the top.  Last I read for the KB
postings, the only fix is a hard yank to the chord or a reinstall.
