[Cialug] Fiber Internet

I don't see that the future is Wimax. They've been fooling around with
the standard for 5 years now. It looks like the cell and pots providers
on the only ones considering deployments. To be quite frank, most IP
traffic heading accross those networks has been slow and clunky.

I don't have any faith in the hype about wide spread high speed (10mb+)
Wimax deployments. I'd jump on the bandwagon if Google said they were
going to do a deployment, otherwise its just a bunch of hype.
