[Cialug] Fiber Internet

i'm moving to evanston, illinois in july and i already have 6mbps
down/768kbps up dry loop dsl lined up for $30/month with AT&T. granted this
isn't even in the same state. i'm feeling that plans like this are bound to
start sprouting up all over the place in the next few years.
