[Cialug] software freedom day

Thinking of Farmer's Market, a few weeks ago the DSM rugby group had a table
set up on the corner near the Polk County building. There was a sign that
indicated this corner is set aside for non-profits/community groups IIRC. It
might be worth checking into for next year.
