[Cialug] [OT] Windows support

Someone i used to do some Windows support for has called me. Her laptop 
is having an issue with wireless networking. It is possible i could fix 
it, but it has been years since i've touched Windows machines on a 
regular basis and so my Windows skills are pretty rusty and i don't 
really want to revive them. I'd like a good recommendation i can give 
her of someone else to take the machine to but am so out of touch with 
the Windows world that i don't even know who to recommend. So, who do 
you send Windows users to for support? Geek Squad used to be good when 
they were a small shop in the Twin Cities. Since being assimilated by 
Best Buy, are they still any good?
