[Cialug] Mediacom and Qwest IPs

Does anyone on this list happen to have a handy reference for the
Internet IP addresses that Mediacom and Qwest assign to consumers in
Iowa?  I need to secure a client to the best extent feasible.  They're
Iowa-only and we need to block out specifically people from other
countries (I know, I know).

I'm thinking it would be easier to do allow the majority of local ISPs
and deny everything else, rather than trying to build a blacklist from
ARIN.

Dan and Dave, if you want to email me the ranges that you guys assign, I
can add them as well.
