I agree -- I wouldn't trust them with anything important; their  
support is abysmal both on the sales and tech sides; I've had much  
better experiences with a couple of different virtual-host servers.  
But if you need dedicated hardware, and if importance(cheap) >>  
importance(uptime), I don't think s4y is a bad choice.
