[Cialug] OT: Help identifying Network Cabling Connectors

I encountered some network cabling that I am unable to identify and thought
someone here might be able to help.

The cable itself is UTP ethernet cabling. The connectors are not the usual
RJ-45 type. They are about an inch long by a half inch tall. They have a tab
on the top and they "clip" onto a patch panel block. The patch panel block
looks like a Krone punch down block but has only one horizontal row onto
which the black connectors clip.

TIA,
Brad.
