[Cialug] Asterisk Config Woes

By chance, have you tried to configure it without specifying the b  
and d channels (it doesn't seem right, but the configs I've found  
don't specify it and I've only ever done TDMoE with 1 port FXOs but I  
have configured multiple PRIs using digium cards)?
