[Cialug] satellite and a phone line

I don't know if they still do it but I use Nufone and they just let me keep
a balance with them and refresh it as needed.  No $24/mo.  I think you could
use a sipura style device with their service and dial out when needed on the
satellite.  Nufone has both IAX and SIP.
