[Cialug] cacti graph descriptions

On my graphs it shows the title of the graphs as "ATM2/0.1000-aal5 layer" 
and doesn't show the interface descriptions I have entered on the router. 
I know they are being pulled because it shows those descriptions where you 
select which counters to graph. How would I change it to show something 
like "ATM2/0.1000-aal5 layer Qwest Connection" with the description 
appended?
