Then you are using the TFTP *client* on the Fedora box...  As far as I
know, the TFTP client on Fedora does not have a '-i' switch.  I think
that what you are trying to do would be accomplished thusly:

$ tftp 10.1.1.1
tftp> put filename1
tftp> put filename2
