Granted.

But if the case has no merit and you have deep enough pockets to
actually go to court, you can win.  And if you win, you can countersue
to recover your court costs.  And everyone knows Google has deep
pockets.

It doesn't seem to me like suits against Google for revealing lifetime
statistics about your products would stand much chance.  But again, I
will be the first to admit that I am legally naive, as I look at the
world through engineer-colored glasses.
