Well, I use a few windows programs, and I've found it worth the money to
buy Crossover Office. Even if you don't want to buy their product, since
it's just a commercial version of wine, you can use their database to
see if the program you use has much chance of working.

I've heard that k9copy is good. http://k9copy.sourceforge.net/ I've
never used it, but Mark Pilgrim says it's good: http://diveintomark.org/

You can install this quite easily by using the Canonical commercial
repository:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RealplayerInstallationMethods

Or, for an even easier way, go to Applications, Add/Remove, search for
"Real"
