Yeah, I suspect this:
"Recently enacted statutory sales tax and property tax
exemption for cooling systems, power infrastructure, generators, electricity
and other equipment for web search portals that invest at least $200M."
and the property tax rebate is why it's actually in Iowa.
But I expect the employee pool and services will largely be Husker based.
