[Cialug] OT: counterfeit equipment

Not a lot of equipment goes past me, but I was reading in InformationWeek
about counterfeit equipment showing up on the used and refurb market.

Has anyone actually *seen* fake equipment?  It seems to me that
counterfeiting equipment would be very difficult, but perhaps if you know
the right places in .CN ?  Maybe you just slap a Cisco label on black
painted linksys hardware?
