Using IPcop with windows clients, it was incredibly easy.

Install openVPN gui in windows.
Create keypair in openvpn via ipcop webpages.
Get key on to new client via wired network or removable media.
Put key in config directory on client.
Connect.

Thats about all there was to it.

Deleting clients is even easier. Just click remove in the web interface.
