[Cialug] crazy cable modem speeds

I wonder if that's why my Cable Modem blacked out for about 40 min  
this AM.
Probably not, fun coincidence, as soon as I got a support guy on the  
line it finally got past the "cable" light in it's re-train and  
finished re-initializing.
