[Cialug] Sendmail question

I have two mail servers, one of which is in production, the other of 
which will become the first's replacement. The servers do spam 
filtering (before passing mail off to the "real" mailserver that the 
clients actually log in to). Sendmail 8.13.x is the MTA that handles 
mail as it comes in on both servers. My question is, is there a way to 
tell sendmail on the old server to direct e-mail for a specific address 
to the new server?

For example, i want all e-mail for daniel.ramaley at drake.edu to be 
processed on the new server, while other e-mail continues to be 
processed by the old server. As you may have guessed, i want to do this 
so that i can test the new server with just one account and make sure 
it is working correctly before letting it handle the entire flood of 
mail.
