The access table currently contains:

localhost.localdomain           RELAY
localhost                       RELAY
127.0.0.1                       RELAY
drake.edu                       RELAY
.drake.edu                      RELAY
GreetPause:localhost            0

If i remove the two drake.edu lines and replace them with something like 
this:

user1 at drake.edu      RELAY
user1 at sub1.drake.edu RELAY
user1 at sub2.drake.edu RELAY
@drake.edu           error:"500 foo"

Would that work? It will be messy (lots of users, and a few subdomains 
that mail is accepted for), but a one-line script would be able to 
generate all the entries.
